KDD Safety was created and inspired by my 3 kids: Kajol, Devon and Dillon. Many of the principles that KDD Safety focuses on with your leadership teams are the same ones I continue to work on each and every day to help improve my relationship with my kids. By working with KDD Safety your employees become part of our family.

With over 30 years of experience in safety and specifically such organizations as Dupont Sustainable Solutions and Caterpillar Safety Services, I have created the KDD Safety Process. This is a thorough systematic approach in creating a sustainable world class safety culture.
